What the tool does
A public reply acknowledges the enquiry in the comment thread. A first private message can provide a menu, product details, a service introduction or a booking enquiry link. These are two separate outcomes: check both the public comment and the recipient’s inbox when testing.
You write the preset messages in Cantonese, Traditional Chinese or English. ReplyMango does not generate an ongoing AI customer-service conversation. Quotes, availability, reservations, orders and individual questions remain with you or your team.
Build one useful comment-to-DM flow
Choose a post with a clear purpose. For example, a restaurant can invite people to comment “menu” to request its menu. The public reply can say, “Menu information will be provided by private message. Please check your messages.” The private message can contain your current menu link and a clear next step. This is an illustrative setup, not a customer result.
Match the response to the post. A person asking about a course should receive that course’s information. Avoid promising a confirmed booking, stock level or price unless your team has checked it.
How to start
- Sign in with Google through the ReplyMango workspace. Complete Meta authorization for accounts you are permitted to manage, then select an eligible account and post from the options actually available.
- Set your comment keywords, public reply and first private message. Use words people naturally type, such as “menu”, “price” or a clearly stated campaign keyword. Review the text and links before enabling the flow.
- Enable the setup and test a matching comment. Allow time for scheduled processing, then check the actual public reply and private message. Arrange a person to monitor replies and continue the enquiry.
The free plan and its limits
The free plan supports Facebook and Instagram with one active post at a time. Processing runs on a schedule of approximately 15–30 minutes; it is not instant. Actual delivery also depends on platform conditions, account authorization and the applicable messaging rules.
You can begin without paying first. Check the workspace for the latest allowance and available arrangements. Do not assume every post, Reel, advertisement or live broadcast is supported: use the content types and options shown in your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a Cantonese preset reply?
Yes. Write the public reply and first private message in your own Cantonese wording. The tool sends your configured text; it does not automatically understand or answer every Cantonese question.
Will a longer comment match my keyword?
It depends on the rule you choose. “Contains” can match a keyword within a longer comment, while an exact match requires the whole comment to match. Test the wording people actually use.
What if the public reply appears but the private message does not?
Check the selected post, enabled state, keyword rule, Meta authorization and the recipient’s messages or message requests. A saved rule or one successful reply does not prove the full flow reached the recipient.
